You'll own the full P&L and lead cross-functional execution to drive growth in North America as the market leader in cross-border payments. Your core impact is establishing Airwallex as the market leader in cross-border payments through strategic direction and operational excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Attract, retain, and grow a world-class team in US and Canada
• Develop and refine go-to-market strategy for US and Canada across segments
• Manage full P&L responsibilities, driving revenue growth and margin expansion
• Oversee daily operations across onboarding, support, compliance, and risk

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Experience leading and scaling a high-growth startup with P&L ownership
• Experience in enterprise and SMB go-to-market strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex projects or teams

• Deep understanding of US/Canadian fintech regulatory landscape
• Experience across full GTM motion (sales, partnerships, marketing, operations)
• Experience with licensing, compliance, or partnerships in regulated entities
