Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, customizing workout programs and using the Svetness Fitness App to track client progress. Your role is to empower clients to reach their fitness goals through one-on-one instruction and ongoing support.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited Personal Trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
