You'll lead the HR function for a fast-growing microbiome startup, partnering with leadership on strategy and culture while managing day-to-day operations. You'll drive people programs and leadership development across the organization. This role requires a hands-on, empathetic leader who thrives in an onsite environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for the company
• Serve as a trusted partner to leaders on employee relations and team dynamics
• Align people strategy with organizational priorities alongside the Chief of Staff
• Design and lead manager training and development programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in HR
• Experience in fast-growing startup environments
• Proven track record at high growth companies
• Deep knowledge of HR operations systems and processes

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Ubiquity, Google Drive, Health Equity, Lever
• Background in compensation reviews and banding
• Experience with federal and state labor laws
