💼 About This Role

You'll own quality engineering end-to-end, defining strategy and building automation infrastructure from scratch for a Legal AI platform. You'll work directly alongside engineers as the first quality engineer, making you self-sufficient and driven. This is a greenfield opportunity with a 70/30 split between automation and manual testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement QA strategy from the ground up
• Build and maintain automated test suites across API, UI, and integration layers
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and own quality gates
• Perform exploratory and manual testing on new features and releases

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in SDET, QA Engineering, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred, TypeScript, Java, or C#)
• Experience building test infrastructure from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

• Contract testing experience (Pact or similar)
• Performance testing exposure (k6, Locust)
• Accessibility testing awareness (WCAG, axe-core)
