💼 About This Role

You'll deploy, operate, and maintain NICE's global customer hosted databases in AWS cloud and on-premises. You'll resolve customer issues requiring direct database access and ensure high availability. This role offers the chance to work with latest database technologies in a global, market-leading company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform AWS console administration for RDS databases.
• Deploy and configure databases, backups, and maintenance jobs.
• Monitor and tune database performance using SQL Profiler and other tools.
• Provide 24x7 support and participate in on-call rotation.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as DBA managing multiple DB engines.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or MS SQL database mandatory.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incidents, service requests, change management).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic coding skills in Python, Terraform.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud, AWS RDS.
• Experience with Aurora, MySQL, Postgres.
