💼 About This Role

You'll assist with numerical groundwater model development and data analysis for environmental consulting projects. Your core impact will be supporting technical reporting and gaining hands-on experience in groundwater flow modeling using tools like MODFLOW.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in building and calibrating numerical groundwater flow models
• Collect and quality-check hydrogeologic data such as water levels
• Prepare model input datasets and boundary condition assignments
• Support post-processing and visualization of model outputs

📋 Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or Environmental Engineering
• Coursework in groundwater hydrology or fluid mechanics
• Familiarity with Darcy's Law and the Theis equation
• Exposure to MODFLOW or similar modeling software

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with MODFLOW-family codes
• Experience with ArcGIS for spatial data management
• Prior internship at an environmental consulting firm
