You'll join a global team delivering expert-level technical support across the Wiz cloud-native security platform, investigating complex multi-domain issues spanning cloud infrastructure, workload protection, and runtime defense. You'll combine deep troubleshooting with AI-driven automation to scale support operations and improve resolution quality. This role offers hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP in the fastest-growing cloud security startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues across cloud security posture management
  • Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues
  • Design and implement automation using AI agents and tooling

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related role
  • 2+ years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 1+ years of Kubernetes and containerized applications experience
  • Experience reading and debugging code in Python, Shell, JavaScript, or Go

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with vulnerability management, SBOM/SCA, or CVE triage
  • Hands-on experience with threat detection, runtime security, or SIEM/SOAR
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines
