Description

As the Carrier Partnerships Manager for the Benelux, you will own the carrier strategy and manage key partnerships to optimize total cost of shipping and drive long-term alliances. You'll transition relationships to strategic partnerships, negotiate multi-year agreements, and act as the bridge between internal teams and carriers.

• Deep understanding of Benelux logistics and carrier landscape
• Proactive in identifying market opportunities
• Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Analytical skills to assess total costs

Responsibilities

• Own Total Cost of Ownership for Benelux, manage surcharges and cost leakage
• Drive strategic partnerships and lead negotiations with carriers like PostNL, DHL, DPD, Bpost
• Develop and manage executive relationships with carrier partners
• Ensure operational value realization and address service issues
• Develop and execute carrier partnership strategy for Benelux region
