You'll architect and build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for a fast-growing vacation rental platform. You will drive mobile excellence by optimizing performance, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural design of new Flutter app modules.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to build pixel-perfect UIs.
• Profile and optimize app performance across devices.
• Establish testing strategy and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in mobile development (Android/iOS).
• 2+ years dedicated to Flutter/Dart.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
• Expertise in state management patterns (MVVM, BLoC).
