Description

You will lead and scale LaunchDarkly's global partner ecosystem, including GSIs, SIs, clouds, VARs, and technology partners. You'll redesign the partner program, implement a PRM platform, and define GSI/SI service offerings to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, with deep experience with Services/SI/GSI partners.
  • 7+ years leading partnerships teams as a proven player/coach.
  • Demonstrated success rebuilding partner programs and owning PRM and partner data models in Salesforce.
  • Direct experience designing or scaling GSI/SI services offerings (subcontracting, referrals, co-delivery).
  • Track record of delivering partner-sourced and -influenced revenue, plus experience in DevOps, developer tools, or AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead as player/coach, managing a lean partnerships team while owning executive relationships with strategic partners.
  • Redesign and relaunch the partner program with tiers, incentives, and governance.
  • Drive PRM platform implementation and adoption integrated with Salesforce.
  • Develop GSI/SI service offerings (implementation, modernization, AI/DevOps) in partnership with Professional Services.
  • Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps to embed partner motions in GTM.
