You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and web chats from small merchants, resolving queries and educating them about Teya's products and services. Your core impact is ensuring world-class customer support across all channels. You'll also identify recurring trends to improve processes and systems.

  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and web chats
  • Resolve queries, questions, and escalations quickly
  • Educate merchants about Teya products and services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet KPIs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Inbound customer service or technical support experience
  • Technically confident and quick to learn new systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
