You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and web chats from small merchants, resolving queries and educating them about Teya's products and services. Your core impact is ensuring world-class customer support across all channels. You'll also identify recurring trends to improve processes and systems.

- Handle high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and web chats
- Resolve queries, questions, and escalations quickly
- Educate merchants about Teya products and services
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet KPIs
๐ Requirements
- Inbound customer service or technical support experience
- Technically confident and quick to learn new systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
