You'll lead end-to-end implementation of Factory's AI platform for top engineering teams, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll drive high-impact customer implementations and special engineering projects that shape the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end platform implementation in customer engineering environments
• Travel on-site to drive rapid product adoption and solve complex challenges
• Integrate with new systems and troubleshoot critical issues
• Develop tooling and documentation to support customer growth

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in AI or software engineering
• Proficiency across a broad tech stack
• Customer-facing technical problem-solving experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Background at Palantir, OpenAI, HF, Applied Intuition, or Glean
• Experience with diverse codebases and rapid debugging
