Description

As a Product Manager on the Autonomy Product Team, you'll represent the voice of the customer and help define the product roadmap to build the future of farming. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize the product backlog, and manage the full product lifecycle. This role requires extensive travel to farms and fields.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Hands-on experience in robotics, autonomous systems, heavy machinery, or ag equipment
• Deep understanding of system architecture and hardware-software product development
• Experience in R&D environments with rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing
• Proven ability to build customer-driven, technically grounded product roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities
• Use global processes to understand business scope and product dependencies
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product family
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to decommission
• Travel extensively (90%) to farms to visit customers and prospects
