• Drive engineering innovation across the entire company
• Spearhead research initiatives to explore new tools and frameworks
• Guide approach and execution of a team or group of teams
• Conduct thorough architectural reviews to shape technology stack

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Tailwind.css, Next.js, or Remix
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful/GraphQL APIs

• Experience with monorepo management
• Safe deployment patterns (canary, blue/green)
