💼 About This Role

You'll join the Tech Transfer team to scale synthetic biology workflows from R&D into production. You'll drive process optimization and cross-functional collaboration for DNA and mammalian cell culture systems. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge synthetic biology platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute experiments to develop and scale production workflows.
• Lead technical transfer of new products and processes into production.
• Author technical documentation including SOPs and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with operations, automation, and bioinformatics teams.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology or related field; or Master's with 2-5+ years industry experience.
• Strong foundation in molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA purification, PCR/qPCR, cloning.
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture systems for protein expression (e.g., HEK, CHO).
• Experience designing expression constructs and optimizing upstream/downstream workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with next-generation sequencing workflows and library preparation.
• Familiarity with high-throughput workflows and laboratory automation systems.
• Programming or data analysis experience (e.g., Python, SQL, JSON).
