You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive analysis on autonomy system performance across simulation, track, and public road testing. You'll develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards that provide a unified view of system performance, tracking progress toward critical company milestones. This role sits at the intersection of Evaluation, Systems & Safety, and Autonomy teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze autonomy system performance across modalities.
• Develop and maintain cross-modal dashboards tracking progress toward company milestones.
• Partner with Data Platform and Evaluation teams to evolve eval tooling and pipelines.
• Act as key partner to Safety and Autonomy teams ensuring faithful KPI reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Systems Evaluation, or Product Analytics.
• BS/MS in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Physics.
• Strong command of SQL and familiarity with Python for data manipulation.
• Experience building automated dashboards using modern BI tools or custom frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Autonomous Vehicle or Robotics industry.
• Experience with large scale databases and analytics.
• Practical understanding of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing.
