You'll drive go-to-market initiatives for Re:Build's cross-industry capabilities in industrial systems and automation. You'll own the marketing strategy and demand generation for key business segments, collaborating with technical experts to generate high-quality leads and revenue. This role offers considerable autonomy in a fast-paced, high-visibility position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead generation of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads into the sales funnel.
• Conduct targeted market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to improve pipeline health.
• Own and optimize the annual demand generation budget.
• Author technical content including case studies and webinars.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional marketing experience in industrial systems, engineering, automation, or manufacturing.
• Fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media, Automation, CRO, SEO, PLG, activation, and retention.
• Proven experience driving demand-generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.
