💼 About This Role

You'll join OpenAI's User Operations team to resolve complex issues and provide technical guidance for cutting-edge AI products. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and scale support operations using emerging AI capabilities. You'll work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Dublin office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Solve complex customer issues via support tickets and Slack
• Use scripting and AI to automate recurring processes
• Partner with engineering to resolve product issues
• Scale support operations through agentic improvements

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in user operations or support engineering
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills
• Ability to rapidly understand new technologies
