You'll lead our year-round electoral, organizing, and membership-building efforts to elect progressive champions across New Mexico. Your core impact involves developing electoral plans, managing campaigns, and engaging the multiracial working class. This role stands out for its focus on building grassroots power through community organizing and coalition work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop electoral plans including district profiles and campaign tactics.
• Manage campaigns: voter targeting, list cutting, script writing, canvass oversight.
• Recruit and train volunteers for door-to-door canvassing and phone banking.
• Lead member engagement and grassroots fundraising strategy.
• Assist with endorsement process: schedule interviews, compile questionnaires.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with electoral campaigning including field organizing and message development.
• Strong volunteer management and training skills.
• Experience with coalition work and representing an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for social media and digital content.

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Experience placing programmatic and social media digital ads
• Understanding of New Mexico social justice and political ecosystem
