Description

You will apply ML and generative AI to create smarter ad creatives at scale, owning the end-to-end ML lifecycle from experimentation to production. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into ML solutions, conducting A/B testing and performance monitoring to maximize impact.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS, ML, Math, EE, or related field
• Solid understanding of modern ML models and algorithms with hands-on experience in prediction/optimization, generative models, recommendation systems, CV, or RL
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience taking ML models from prototype to production
• Proficient in LLM-powered development tools

Responsibilities

• Apply ML and generative AI to creative optimization, user behavior prediction, engagement modeling, and dynamic content generation
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define ML solutions
• Conduct offline/online evaluation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
• Stay current with research in LLMs, multimodal models, RL, and recommendation systems
