💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding Business Operations team at Column, a bank and software company building a simplified banking supply chain for fintechs. You'll own strategy and operations for key products, driving scaling initiatives and go-to-market strategy. This in-person role in San Francisco offers P&L ownership and the chance to work alongside senior leadership to shape the company's next decade of growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy and operations for key distribution channels and products
• Design and implement critical scaling initiatives, focusing on onboarding optimization
• Drive 'build vs. buy' decisions for tooling and systems
• Support go-to-market strategy and commercialization, including pricing and margin optimization

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and business operations in high-growth environment
• Prior experience at top-tier management consulting firm strongly preferred
• Experience influencing and managing multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
• Hyper-organized approach to project management across multiple teams
