- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize sales processes
- Oversee sales forecasting, territory design, and budgeting
- Design automations and workflows to improve rep productivity
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales systems
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots, graphs)
- Experience improving data quality and enrichment processes
