Description

You will lead clinical ophthalmic projects, managing cross-functional teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and trial requirements are met. You will oversee project plans, reviews, and provide support to junior team members, acting as an operational nexus for interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical project management
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and SOPs
• Ophthalmic clinical research experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver clinical trials in compliance with regulations and SOPs
• Create and maintain project timelines, tracking progress and milestones
• Create Project Plans and conduct weekly budget and progress reviews
• Review protocols, source documents, and CRFs to completion
• Review study metrics for performance and quality with team and management
