You'll serve as the primary product liaison for key banking and acquiring tenants, ensuring they fully adopt and maximize platform value. You'll translate complex tenant needs into structured product requirements and influence internal product direction through real-world feedback. This role offers flexible remote work across Australia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as main product contact for tenant portfolio, managing relationships and issue resolution
• Gather, structure, and document tenant requirements into product briefs and user stories
• Advocate for tenants internally to influence product prioritization and roadmap
• Support onboarding, UAT, and go-live activities for smooth tenant deployment

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Product Management or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS or payments
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, including acquiring, EFTPOS, and transaction flows
• Proven ability to translate complex client needs into structured product requirements
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for writing user stories
