As a Cato Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to top customers from deployment through renewal. You'll drive adoption, expansion, and value realization while building relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or sales at a high-growth SaaS vendor
- Experience with networking or security software solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and find sustainable solutions
- Technical background in routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, or identity management
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned account health and ensure retention and growth
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Conduct QBRs, product adoption assessments, and manage renewals and upsells
