Description

As a Cato Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to top customers from deployment through renewal. You'll drive adoption, expansion, and value realization while building relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or sales at a high-growth SaaS vendor
  • Experience with networking or security software solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find sustainable solutions
  • Technical background in routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, or identity management

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned account health and ensure retention and growth
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Conduct QBRs, product adoption assessments, and manage renewals and upsells
