💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead the operating model for cross-functional program execution across Technology teams at Oscar Health. You'll bridge strategy and execution, ensuring rigorous dependency tracking and high delivery standards. This role owns the entire project lifecycle from mobilization to completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to define project structure and lead kickoffs.
• Lead day-to-day execution of cross-functional programs aligned with business goals.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies to prevent bottlenecks.
• Drive adoption of consistent project management best practices and single source of truth.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums and cadences for real-time program visibility.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in program management, project operations, or product management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex delivery environments.
• Proven success in scaling delivery processes within a technology environment.
• Highly proficient in designing right-weight processes for project definition.
