You'll lead global banking and payment scheme partnerships to strengthen business payments infrastructure at Thunes. You'll define the network strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure operational excellence for real-time payments across 130+ countries. This role directly impacts global payment corridors and cross-border financial infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global strategy for banking and payment scheme partnerships.
• Scale connectivity for virtual accounts, local clearing, and SWIFT integration.
• Monitor and optimize network KPIs like latency, throughput, and success rates.
• Lead outage management and negotiate credit terms with network partners.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years in financial services, payments, or fintech with global payments infrastructure expertise.
• Proven ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of solving cross-border operational challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills bridging technical and commercial objectives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEPA, Faster Payments, and real-time payment rails.
• Knowledge of SWIFT integration and virtual account infrastructure.
• Prior experience in a high-growth fintech or payments startup.
