You will provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs, supporting them in their homes throughout Mercer County. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and want to use their advanced skills to make a difference every day.

Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Trach/vent experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to travel throughout Mercer County

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs
• Support clients with ongoing home care needs throughout Mercer County
• Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care
• Train and mentor care team members to maintain high quality standards
