💼 About This Role

You'll lead the core search team in Paris, owning the search experience for over 7,000 companies. You'll partner with product and design to innovate and deliver search features that handle 650M queries per day across 120 TB of Elasticsearch data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Design to innovate and execute product initiatives
• Bring search expertise to transform ideas into features and improve search experience
• Obsess about architectural design, implementation, and quality of team's work
• Coach developing engineers and attract top talent

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience leading teams building large-scale distributed search systems
• Strong track record delivering complex projects with high ambiguity
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple geographies

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of modern web technologies like React, ES6, Babel, Electron
• Experience building fast, reliable, real-time web applications
