You'll join PDI Technologies to provide technical support for convenience retail and petroleum brands. You'll diagnose and troubleshoot issues via chat, phone, or email. This role offers opportunities to mentor front-line agents and grow within a global team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via chat, phone, or email.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Log all issues and manage multiple open tickets.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to front-line agents.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of Technical Support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with help desk software like Salesforce, Intercom, or Team Viewer.
✨ Nice to Have
- Foundation course in CCNA or CompTIA A+.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies.
- Experience in retail industry customer care.
