Description

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and engaging with customers in person. You'll learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business to provide customers with financial products tailored to their needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person
• Learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business
• Provide customers with the best financial products and services
• Work 40 hours per week including Saturdays
