💼 About This Role

You'll drive patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers in the Jersey Shore territory. You'll own territory growth from the ground up, fostering long-term partnerships with clinics. This field role offers autonomy and uncapped variable compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend ~5 days per week meeting providers in the field.
• Research and prospect new provider partners.
• Convert leads into referral partners for Nourish.
• Foster long-term relationships with clinic staff.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role.
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from scratch.
• Strong professional presence to influence entire office teams.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
