- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via email, phone, video, and chat.
- Triage and escalate complex incidents to appropriate teams.
- Research and replicate reported problems, raising detailed bug reports.
- Maintain troubleshooting documentation and support Tier 1 escalations.
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Basic working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
