💼 About This Role

You'll join Watchmaker Genomics' production team as a Finished Goods Technician, performing bulk liquid manufacturing and kit assembly. You'll ensure product quality and compliance with ISO 13485 standards while contributing to process improvements. This role offers hands-on biotech experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Combine liquid and solid raw materials, handle hazardous chemicals
• Label, de-cap, fill, cap, and inspect vials
• Assemble kits and inspect finished product
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform inventory cycle counts

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or AS with 4+ years industry experience, or BS/BA with 2+ years
• Pipetting and weighing powders accurately
• Computer literacy in spreadsheets and word processing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with temperature sensitive materials or NGS
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 or ERP/inventory management software
• Experience in high-growth start-up environments
