💼 About This Role

You'll perform light bodywork at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, including prepping and sanding vehicles. Your work ensures customers receive first-rate, low-mileage late-model cars. You'll access state-of-the-art tools and training programs to advance your skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license
• Comfortable with fast-paced production environment and exposure to weather conditions

• Experience with heavy plastic welding and metal pulling
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program participation
• Previous experience in a high-volume repair environment
