- Own day-to-day execution of lifecycle channels and retention strategy
- Build 0-to-1 testing engine for retention with automated messaging journeys
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations to improve patient satisfaction
- Synthesize data and qualitative insights to optimize the funnel
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of DTC lifecycle marketing in a 0-to-1 growth environment
- Experience owning email and SMS channels with focus on retention
- Problem-solving skills with builder mentality in ambiguous settings
