💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale AI tools and agents that drive productivity across Anaplan's global workforce. Your core impact will be owning the technical vision for Anaplan's internal AI, including reference architecture for LLMs and agentic AI systems. This is a newly created role at the intersection of hands-on engineering and technical leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and publish reference architecture for LLMs and agentic AI
• Lead hands-on technical design reviews and guide implementations
• Set and enforce AI engineering standards and coding practices
• Define enterprise AI data layer and integration architecture

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in enterprise software engineering
• 5+ years architecting AI/ML solutions with LLMs
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and multi-model strategies
• Proven track record in technical leadership across teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday integration
• Background in responsible AI and governance frameworks
