💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution to position Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. You'll lead a team of PMs, collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success, and engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on enterprise-scale deals. This role offers the chance to drive measurable revenue growth and market dominance for a global fundraising platform trusted by leading nonprofits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive continuous discovery through executive interviews and industry events
• Own strategic enterprise deals and present product vision
• Define and own the Core Markets strategy and multi-quarter roadmap
• Hire, mentor, and inspire a team of 2–5 Product Managers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management
• 3+ years leading Product Managers
• Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS/fintech/payments
• C1/C2 English fluency

• Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments
• History of building vertical toolkits that scale across enterprise accounts
