You will join the Legal Team to negotiate and manage commercial contracts, support data privacy initiatives, and provide legal counsel on a variety of matters. Your work will directly impact the company's growth and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology agreements including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Advise on contract status, legal risks, and liabilities
• Contribute to development and revision of standard form agreements
• Participate in contract administration policies and processes
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders and advise executives
