Description

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer facilities and patients' homes, performing scheduled maintenance and acting as a technical subject matter expert. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback to R&D, all while ensuring responsive support to clinical staff and patients.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics recommended; or military equivalent
• 5+ years Field Service experience
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to travel extensively within the US and lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades
• Serve as technical subject matter expert and deliver first/second level technical support
• Accurately document service activities and manage spares inventory
• Provide feedback to R&D and support Marketing/Sales for seminars and demonstrations
