💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end testing for Workday Financials implementations, shaping test strategy and ensuring robust, compliant solutions. You'll collaborate with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to deliver production-ready systems. This role offers a chance to drive quality in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and shape the overall test strategy for Workday Financials
• Lead testing across GL, AP, AR, Banking, Assets, Financial Reporting, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics
• Design and manage system, integration, UAT, regression, and parallel testing
• Partner with business users, supporting them through UAT and change

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading testing for Workday Financials implementations or support programs
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Accounting Center
• Solid understanding of finance processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash)
• Confidence testing integrations and complex finance data flows

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics including data ingestion and transformation
• Experience working across Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments
