• Lead from the front in field sales (D2D, networking, referrals)
• Manage, build, and train a sales team to hit goals
• Develop strategies to expand market presence
• Personally generate sales while guiding your team

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential roofing experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of managing teams
• Proven success in retail and insurance residential roofing sales
• Experience with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
