Description

You will partner with teams across Marketing, Finance, Sales, HR, Legal, and other functions to identify high-value automation opportunities, then design and ship the AI-powered tools that bring those opportunities to life. This is a hands-on, mid-level software engineering role where you work end-to-end from discovery and scoping through prototyping, launch, and iteration using the latest agentic frameworks and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• CS, Engineering, or related degree (or equivalent experience) with ability to build production systems
• Shipped AI-powered or automation-driven solutions in a real environment
• Understanding of modern agentic systems (MCP, A2A, agent skills/hooks)
• Able to sketch data flows and reason about integration points
• Experience working as a peer with non-technical business partners

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to identify high‑value AI/automation opportunities
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with existing systems
• Write clean, maintainable code with CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and guardrails
• Pilot, rollout, and drive adoption of solutions with end-users
• Ensure solutions follow privacy, security, and compliance expectations
