Description

You will develop and maintain CNO/CNE capabilities targeting Windows systems, working directly with operators and analysts to refine tools for mission use in a government contract environment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance
• 3+ years of CNO/CNE, exploit development, or offensive cyber experience
• Strong C programming skills (low-level/system-level development)
• Solid understanding of Windows internals (memory management, APIs, process injection)
• Experience with reverse engineering or assembly (x86/x64)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNO/CNE capabilities targeting Windows systems
• Perform low-level development in C with Windows internals (WinAPI, memory, processes/threads)
• Support exploitation and operational tool development for mission use
• Collaborate with operators and analysts to refine capabilities
• Debug, test, and adapt tools in real-world operational environments
