💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for patients interested in clinical research, handling recruitment calls and scheduling. You'll drive patient enrollment and retention for studies at a community physician partnership. This role is embedded onsite in Munster, IN, reporting to an offsite manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Place outbound recruitment calls to patients
• Respond to inbound recruitment calls within 24-48 hours
• Complete study pre-screening and screening checklists
• Maintain patient databases and scheduling logs

📋 Requirements

• Telecommunications or call center experience
• Sales experience
• Comfortable with medical terminology
• Basic data entry skills
