💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 60+ engineers to design, build, and continuously improve high-volume Starlink production lines. You'll own the relationship between engineering, supply chain, and production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and rate targets are met. This role is based in Bastrop, TX at a company enabling human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 60+ engineers on a 2-shift structure.
• Lead product life cycle phases and uphold standards.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing and production metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement projects using data.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• 4+ years experience in production or manufacturing (or 2+ with advanced degree).
• 2+ years of direct leadership of engineers.

• 4+ years leadership in manufacturing transitioning products to production.
• Experience with high-volume assembly or PCB fabrication.
