💼 About This Role

You'll be the first line of support for maintaining equipment uptime and system performance in our transit perception system. You'll monitor roadside environments, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and escalate complex problems to ensure timely resolution. This role offers hands-on experience with proprietary tools and a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1 support for endpoint devices
• Monitor production, pilot, and test fleets
• Create and manage ticket queues
• Handle incoming support calls and log issues

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of technical support experience
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate under deadlines
