Description

You will lead critical platform initiatives within the Web Infrastructure team, driving projects like navigation frameworks, localization, design systems, and build tooling. You'll coordinate across engineering teams and business lines to deliver platform capabilities that enable developers to build faster and improve end-user experience.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in software development or technical product management
• Technical background with frontend engineering experience
• Track record working on platform or infrastructure teams with an enable-builders mindset
• Proven ability to build relationships and coordinate across multiple technical teams
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Drive platform initiatives for Lattice product and build infrastructure
• Enable Lattice developers by improving workflows and addressing pain points
• Coordinate across teams to align diverse stakeholders around technical direction
• Decompose ambiguous problems into concrete technical plans and execute
• Own technical strategy in partnership with engineering leaders
