You'll deliver high-acuity care as part of an elite response team opening cases and filling urgent needs. Your work directly impacts clients' lives while you mentor peers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
• Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
• Precept and mentor new nurses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in New York state
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience
• Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs
