You'll lead marketing strategy and consumer insights for MTV and youth-focused properties, driving brand growth and cultural relevance. Core impact: decoding youth behavior to shape content, campaigns, and platform strategies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead annual marketing strategy and communication plan for the Youth Cluster.
- Drive high-impact launch campaigns to build reach and brand affinity.
- Anchor consumer insights engine decoding youth behavior and trends.
- Own end-to-end brand communication across digital, social, and on-air channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and agency partnerships for maximum impact.
๐ Requirements
- 15โ18 years of experience in marketing with youth brands or media.
- MBA from a premium B-School or equivalent.
- Proven track record in building brands and driving large-scale campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems and audience behavior.
